Tow days-long workshop entitled as " Teaching, Learning and Curriculum Development for Outcome Based Education '' held on November 18-19, 2015 at ECE Department of KUET. On 18 November at 9 am at the Inauguration Ceremony of the workshop Dean of EEE Faculty Prof. Dr. Md. Nurunnabi Mollah was present as the chief guest. Head of EEE Department Prof. Dr. Ashraful Ghani Bhuiyan, Head of ECE Department Prof. Dr. Md. Mostafizur Rahman, Head of TE Department Prof. Dr. Mihir Ranjan Halder, Deputy Sub Project Manager Prof. Dr. Md. Osman Goni were present as the Special Guest. Sub Project Manager Dr. SK Shariful Alam presided over the inaugural ceremony.

Later, Dr. Md. Foisal Hossain, Dr. Md. Osman Goni, Dr. Sheikh Md. Rabiul Islam, Dr. Monir Hossen, Dr. SK. Shariful Alam of ECE Department of KUET presented respectively on the topic of Bloom’s Taxonomy and Question, Curriculum Development, Teacher Assessment and MCQ, Syllabus and Student Assessment, Graduate Profile.

On 19 November at 10 am at the 2nd day of the conference inaugurated by the Vice Chancellor of KUET Prof. Dr. Muhammed Alamgir as the Chief Guest. Dean of EEE Faculty Prof. Dr. Md. Nurunnabi Mollah and Director (P&D) Prof. Dr. Shibendra Shekher Sikder was present as the Special Guest. Sub Project Manager Dr. SK Shariful Alam presided over the ceremony.

Later, Prof. Dr. M. H. Rashid, UWF, USA and Prof. M. Nazmul Haq, IER, Dhaka University was presented as the guest speaker respectively on the topic of Outcome Based Education, Teaching and Learning Methodologies.

On 19 November at 5:00 p.m. at the closing ceremony of the workshop VC of KUET Prof. Dr. Muhammed Alamgir distributed the certificate among the participants as the Chief Guest.

This event is a part of activities of HEQEP project of UGC in KUET entitled as “Capacity Enhancement of Undergraduate & Postgraduate Classrooms and Laboratories for Innovative Teaching, Learning and Research (CP-3465)”.
