Multi-Ferroic Bismuth Ferrite
During the undergraduate programme thesis work on Synthesis And Characterization of Ba2+, La3+ And Zr4+ Co-Modified Multiferroic BiFeO3 was done. The objective of this research project was to reduce the electrical leakage, enhance the magnetic and electric property as well as to stabilize the formed multiferroics by adding various dopants. The amount of zirconia in B-site results in the reduction of vacancy rather forms holes which ultimately reduces leakage current. The remarkable results of this research were also established in the SPPM – 2018 conference.
