Electrical, Electronics, Information, and Communication Technology contribute significantly to the advancement of technologies. Rapid technological advancements can be achieved through continuous research. The faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) of Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET) is going to organize the 5th International Conference on Electrical Information and Communication Technology (EICT) on December 17-19, 2021 in the industrial city Khulna of Bangladesh. The main objective is to create an ‑effective platform for researchers and technical experts to share recent ideas, innovations, and problem-solving techniques in the vast areas of electrical, information, and communication engineering. It will be a great opportunity for both researchers and industrial communities to meet, discuss, and share their research outcomes. Prospective authors are invited to submit their original and unpublished research outcomes at the conference.
The venue of the conference is at Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET), which is one of the renowned engineering universities in Bangladesh. The pollution-free green KUET campus is located at Fulbarigate, about 13 km north of Khulna city. Khulna is the third-largest city in Bangladesh. The city is 300 km southwest of the capital Dhaka and connected by air, road, train, and water transportation. It is one of the industrial cities of Bangladesh having a blending of old and new architecture trends. The world’s largest mangrove forest as well as the home of Royal Bengal Tiger, Sundarban, is located in Khulna. In December, the city is adorned with amazing winter beauty with the temperature and humidity about 20°C and 50%, respectively.
EICT 2021 invites papers from all areas of electrical, electronics, information, and communication engineering. The topics of interest include but are not limited to:
Track 1: Artificial Intelligence, Computer Networks, and Security
Track 2: Signal Processing, Multimedia, and Embedded Systems
Track 3: Circuits, Power Electronics, and Drives
Track 4: Wireless and Optical Communication
Track 5: Semi-conductor and Nano-technology
Track 6: Power System and Renewable Energy
Track 7: Knowledge & Data Engineering
Track 8: Biomedical Engineering
Papers prepared in prescribed format are to be submitted. The paper should clearly state the title, objective, method, results, and conclusion with major keywords. After receiving,
the full paper will be peer reviewed and its acceptance will be notfied. Further information about paper submission will be posted in the conference website later.
The proceedings of the conference will be published in two forms; printed book (abstracts only) and CD. Both will be available to the delegates during the conference. Only the presented paper will be published in the proceedings
The organizing committee will arrange accommodation for delegates on request at standard hotels in Khulna city. Courtesy buses will be arranged from these hotels to the conference venue. Further information about hotels and rates will be posted on the conference website later.
A sightseeing tour (on payment) will be arranged for delegates and accompanying persons to the world largest mangrove forest SUNDARBAN if we get sufficient number of participants. Details of the post-conference tour will be published later.
