Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET) has donated the financial aid equivalent to one-day salary of its Teachers, Officers and Staffs to the Prime Minister's Relief and Welfare Fund in order to help the very poor people of the country due to the Covid-19 (Novel Corona Virus) pandemic. On behalf of the Honorable Vice-Chancellor of KUET Prof. Dr. Quazi Sazzad Hossain, Registrar of KUET Mr. G. M. Shahidul Alam handed over the donation through a check worth TK. 10,00,000/= (Taka Ten Lakh only) to the Deputy Commissioner of Khulna, Mr. Mohammad Helal Hossain on September 22, 2020 at 11 AM in the office of the Deputy Commissioner of Khulna, Bangladesh. In a separate note, KUET Vice-Chancellor thanked all the Teachers, Officers and Staffs of KUET for their generous support and contribution to this donation.
