Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET) has launched a weeklong campaign to destroy the breeding grounds of Aedes mosquitoes responsible for spreading dengue. The program has been launched from 30 July at 5 P.M at the Student Welfare Center (SWC) premise. Honorable Vice-Chancellor of KUET Prof. Dr. Quazi Sazzad Hossain inaugurated the campaign and emphasized to build a dengue-free campus. Director (Students Welfare) Prof. Dr. Shibendra Shekher Sikder, President of University Students Welfare Committee Md. Abul Hasan Shovon, Member Secretary of University Students Welfare Committee Sadman Nahiyan Sezan gave their speeches in the campaign. The Welfare Committee arranged this campaign with the support of the Director (Students Welfare) office. Teachers, Officers, Students and Staffs of KUET were present in the campaign.
