Building Technology Festival “BUILTECH FEST 2017” held at Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET). This event was held on 01-02 December, 2017 organized by the department of Building Engineering & Construction Management (BECM) of this University. The inauguration ceremony was held on 01 December at 9 am at the Student Welfare Centre in campus. Vice-chancellor of KUET Prof. Dr. Muhammed Alamgir was present as the Chief Guest at Inaugural Ceremony. Managing Director of Khulna WASA Md. Abdullah PEng, Dean of Civil Engineering Faculty Prof. Dr. Kazi Hamidul Bari and the former Professor of Civil Engineering Department Dr. Md. Abul Bashar were present as special guest. Head of BECM Department and President of Builtech Fest 2017 Prof. Dr. Kazi ABM Mohiuddin was presided over the function. Technical Session including Poster presentation on innovation in construction, Mechanics Mania, Management Mastermind, Drafting and Green Strike was held at the first day of the fest. Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammed Alamgir distributed prizes among the winners at the end of the first day session. Green Building workshop held at the second day of the Building Technology Festival “BUILTECH FEST 2017”.
