Prof. Dr. Muhammed Alamgir, VC of Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET), inaugurated “Officers Club” on November 20, 2016 at 03.30 pm. At the inauguration ceremony, in a short speech, he said, officers will be celebrate their various club activities smoothly here. He also mentioned, with the establishment of this club a long desire of the officers are fulfilled. Dean of ME Faculty Prof. Dr. Tarapada Bhowmick, President of Officers Association and Registrar (acting) GM Shahidul Alam, Chief Engineer A B M Mamunur Rashid, Deputy Director (P&D) Md. Anisur Rahman Bhuiyan, Executive Engineer Md. Julfikar Hossain, GS of Officers Association Md. Mahmudul Hasan spoke on the function. Later, Vice-Chancellor visited all the room of the club. Special prayers were held at the end of the opening. Officers were present at the function.
