Fresher’s Reception of newly admitted 1st year students of `15 batch and Farewell of outgoing graduate students of `11 batch of Department of Civil Engineering (CE) was held on 16 May, 2016 in the Auditorium at 4.30 PM. Vice-Chancellor of KUET Prof. Dr. Muhammed Alamgir graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

Prof. Dr. Md. Mahbub Alam, Dean, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Prof. Dr. Md. Keramat Ali Molla, Department of Civil Engineering were present as the special Guests. Prof. Dr. Muhammed Harunur Rashid, Head, Department of CE presided over the ceremony.

At the ceremony fresher’s students were received with flower and crest handed over the graduates students. Among others teachers from various departments, others students of the Department were also present the function.
