Deputy Director (Planning & Development) Md. Anisur Rahman Bhuiyan was present as the special guest. President of Bangabandhu Karmachari Parishad Md. Babul Akhter presided over the prize given ceremony. General Secretary of Bangabandhu Karmachari Parishad Md. Rabiul Islam Shohag represents the function.
