ME (Mechanical Engineering) Association of KUET celebrated farewell of `09 batch and fresher’s reception of `13 batch students respectively on 25 June, 2014 at the University Auditorium. Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Muhammed Alamgir graced the occasion as the chief guest while, Prof. Dr. Shibendra Shekher Sikder, Dean, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Prof. Dr. Md. Syed Ali Molla, Dean, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering were present as the special guests. Prof. Dr. Mohammad Ariful Islam, Head, Department of ME presided over the ceremony. Prof. Dr. Naseem Ahmed, Prof. Dr. Khandkar Aftab Hossain, Prof. Dr. Tarapada Bhowmick, Prof. Dr. Mohammad Mashud, Associate Prof. Dr. Sobahan Mia and Assistant Prof. Helal-An-Nahiyan spoke on the ceremony. At the ceremony fresher’s were received with flower and crest handed over the graduates by the guests. Among others the teachers and students of ME department, other related officers, staffs were present in the function.
