The final match of Inter Hall Cricket Tournament 2013 of KUET was held on 30 March, Saturday at KUET central play graund. Dr. M.A. Rashid Hall got the honour of being the Champion defeating Amar Ekushey Hall by 18 runs. Amar Ekushey Hall was awarded the Runner-up trophy. Vice-Chancellor of KUET Prof. Dr. Muhammed Alamgir was present in the final match as the Chief Guest. He enjoyed the final match and awarded the Champion & Runner-up trophies, prizes to individual players, man of the final, best wicket taker and highest run achiver. Director (Students’ Welfare) Prof. Dr. Muhammad Harunur Rashid was in the chair. Among others Asstt. Provost of Amar Ekushey Hall Grytan Sarker, Asstt. Provost of Dr. M.A. Rashid Hall Md. Alamgir Hossain, Captain of Amar Ekushey Hall Asif, Captain of Dr. M.A. Rashid Hall Tareq spoke in the prize-giving ceremony .

Wife of the Vice-Chancellor Meherunnesa Lata, Assistant Director of Students’ Welfare Md. Selim Hossain, Provost (In-charge) of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Hall Dr. Sobahan Mia also present in the ceremony. Teachers, Officers, Staffs, viewers and many more students were also present in the final match and in the prize-giving ceremony.
