In November 2015, when the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management (IEM) at Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET) offered me the opportunity to contribute my knowledge and expertise, I wholeheartedly immersed myself in delivering the best possible teaching and learning experiences, as well as conducting impactful research. My unwavering dedication to my work has already yielded remarkable results, evident in the publication of esteemed articles in renowned journals and conferences, achieved through fruitful collaborations with both national and international universities. Recently, I have expanded my research endeavors, involving my students to further explore and enhance our collective research potential, all with the aim of making meaningful contributions to the well-being of humanity and the global pursuit of sustainability.
