Md. Amanullah has been serving as an Assistant Professor of Management at the Department of Humanities since March, 2023. He also served as a Lecturer of Management in KUET from February, 2020 to March, 2023. He has completed his Graduation in Management and Post-graduation in Human Resource Management from University of Dhaka. He started his professional service as a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) at SME, ATB, and OTC Market Department of Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited, the prime bourse of the country. In his early career, he worked on designing and developing ecosystems, and regulatory frameworks for the Small Capital Platform and Alternative Trading Board windows of the capital market of Bangladesh. Leaving his corporate career, he concentrates on teaching and research initiatives. His core research interests—Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Sustainable HRM, and Industrial Psychology—focus on securing a decent workplace filled with highly motivated people.
