Hello! This is Bishnu Sarker. I am currently serving as a faculty member of the dept. of Computer Science and Engineering of Khulna University of Engineering and Technology. I have completed my Master of Science in
Data Mining and Knowledge Management(DMKM) jointly offered from
University of Pierre and Marie Curie , Paris 6, France and Polytechnic University of Bucharest, Romania with prestigious Erasmus Mundus Scholarship. I have conducted my research in
Laboratory of Computational and Quantitative Biology(LCQB, UPMC-CNRS), Paris, France. The title of my thesis was "B-cell Repertoire Analysis for Understanding B-cell Lympoid Tumor". I have worked closely with the Dept. of Hematology of Pitie Salpetriere, UPMC, Paris, France.
