Shariful Islam joined the Department of Mechanical Engineering as a Lecturer in January 2018. He received B. Sc. in Mechanical Engineering in 2017 and M. Sc. in the same discipline in 2019. He worked in the area of thermo-fluid, with a focus on enhancement of heat transfer rate in different enclosure filled with nanofluid. He is now working on Strength and Failure analysis of CFRP Strengthened Structural Member (Beam). Shariful has received several awards including the Prime Minister Gold Medal, University Gold Medal and Deans Award.
