Workshop on "Procurement Management in Public Sector" was held at Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET) on 22 June at 09:00 AM at Distance Learning Theater. Honorable Vice-Chancellor of KUET Prof. Dr. Quazi Sazzad Hossain was present as the Chief Guest in the workshop. He said “If we have to ensure proper use of money from the law, then the development of the university will be possible. In the case of purchasing, the interest of the university should be seen in detail and quality can never be compromised. Khandker Ahsan Hossain, Joint Chief, General Economics Division, Planning Commission, was present as the distinguished speaker and technical session was conducted by him. Welcome speech was delivered by the Director of IQAC of KUET Prof. Dr. K M Azharul Hasan. Dean of Faculties, Director of Institutes, Head of Departments, Directors, Head of Offices, Teachers and Officers related to procurement management of KUET were present in the workshop.
