Fresher’s Reception of newly admitted 1st year students of `15 batch of the Department of Textile Engineering(TE) was held on 01 August, 2016 in the Auditorium at 05.30 PM. Vice-Chancellor of KUET Prof. Dr. Muhammed Alamgir graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

Dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering Prof. Dr. Md. Mahbub Alam, Dean of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Prof. Dr. Tarapada Bhowmick, Director(Students’ welfare) Prof. Dr. Sobahan Mia were present as the special Guests. Head of the Dept of Textile Engineering & President of TE Association Prof. Dr. Mihir Ranjan Halder Presided over the ceremony.

At the ceremony fresher’s students were received with flower & Gift. Among others teachers, students of the Department were present the function.
