Fresher’s Reception of newly admitted 1st year students of `15 batch and Farewell of outgoing graduate students of `11 batch of Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) was held on 15 May, 2016 in the Auditorium at 4.30 PM. Vice-Chancellor of KUET Prof. Dr. Muhammed Alamgir graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

Prof. Dr. Md. Osman Goni, Dean, Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Engr. Md. Sirajul Islam, MD of Bangladesh Cable Shilpa Ltd, Prof. Dr. Md. Faruque Hossain, Head, Department of ECE were present as the special Guests. Prof. Dr. A B M Aowlad Hossain, President(In-Charge), ECE Association presided over the ceremony.

At the ceremony fresher’s students were received with flower and crest handed over the graduates students. Among others teachers from ECE and various departments, others students of the Department were also present the function.
