Camera-Ready Guidelines for EICT 2017 Authors

Before Creating a PDF

Please prepare the camera-ready paper in the updated template (conference title and copyright included) strictly addressing the reviewer’s comments (Available in author’s portal). For updated template Click Here.

The page limit is 6 pages including tables, figures and references.

Proofread (check typos, grammatical errors and formatting) your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.

Creating your EICT 2017 PDF eXpress Account:

Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress™ site:

First-time users:

  1. Select the New Users – Click Here link.
  2. Enter
    • 42287X for the Conference ID
    • your email address
    • a password
  3. Continue to enter information as prompted.

An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

Previous users:

Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

Preparing Copyright Form:

We are working on e-copyright system. After the availability of e-copyright facility, please complete your IEEE electronic copyright form in your author’s portal. Be sure that the authors order must be same in the camera-ready paper, copyright form, and submission portal.

File submission instructions:

  • Login your author’s portal and upload:
    • upload a .ZIP file consisting (i. the IEEE PDF eXpress passed camera-ready pdf, ii. Email from the IEEE PDF eXpress, and iii. a file that reflects how you have addressed the reviewer’s comments) in the CAMERA READY SUBMISSION field
    • IEEE e-Copyright System is OK now. Please complete the eCF in your author portal for each paper following same order of author as in paper & system and upload the PDF by 28 Nov 2017. Also send a copy to
  • Email a file to containing (i) camera-ready source file (e.g. .doc), (ii) the IEEE PDF eXpress passed camera-ready pdf, (iii) Email from the IEEE PDF eXpress, (iv) a file that reflects how you have addressed the reviewer’s comments.
